SHIPPING Delivery within Canada: For all orders placed within Canada, they are shipped via Canada Post, within 4-10 business days. International Delivery: Delivery outside Canada is done via Canada Post or Purolator within 7 to 18 days.

Return and Exchange Policy: We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange within 30 days after your purchase. Please email us at baumeetco@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange. We will be delighted to assist you in this process!


If the package has not been opened and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you can "return to sender" using the return address provided on the shipping label or this address:

If the packaging has been opened and/or the products have been used, no worries at all! We can still help you with this :) Please contact us for the next steps.


If you purchased something that your skin doesn't like, but you still want to continue using our range, we will be more than happy to help you find a product that will be better suited to your skin type. Feel free to contact us and ask for recommendations! :) We can send you free samples of the recommended products, see how your skin reacts, and go from there.

If it's a product defect, please don't hesitate to contact us by email with, if possible, a photo of the defect in question.

Has there been an issue with your order? Baume & co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders, or delivery errors. It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify their delivery information before finalizing the order. If a problem occurs with your order, please still contact us so that we can resolve the situation with Canada Post.
